Let me introduce myself. I am Stephanie Youngblood and have been selling homes and making friends for more than 30 years.
I got my start in the business in 1983 with Coldwell Banker and shortly after that Latter and Blum bought the residential division. I was too new to know that business was not good since the oil business had moved out of the state and many sellers had lost jobs. Since then I have ridden the roller coaster ride through all the ups and downs and even Katrina. I owned two ReMax offices but after 9/11 I decide that what I love is helping families find homes. At that point I was finding my way back to Latter & Blum where I am today.
