We had been planning to use the agent who helped us buy our home to sell it six years later, until we met Steve at an open house down the street. He had valet parking and a gorgeous array of food at the open house. It was a Thursday night at sunset instead of the usual Sunday afternoon. We thought, "this guy knows what he's doing." And then we started chatting with him. He's so easy to get along with, so funny and kind. But the best part is, he is shrewd as hell. He came to us with a very clear strategy for selling our home and we followed it to a T and made more money than we could have ever imagined on it! When it was time to buy a house, we had the same experience. He went above and beyond for us, in every way and helped us get the house we wanted even though there were 18 other offers on it. Ceinwyn and everyone else on the team are equally as responsive , super smart and totally sweet. Couldn't recommend Clark Living more highly. Thanks guys!
