We have purchased and sold several homes in NY and Florida. We met Stephen on-line while looking for our retirement home. He far exceeded our expectations and prior transactions. We traveled from Texas to Florida to purchase an investment property. Stephen had conducted a thorough market research using our parameters and upon our arrival recommended properties that fit our criteria. His obvious rapport with the home builders in the area helped us narrow our choices to a property that fit our needs exactly. His in-depth knowledge of the local market was exceptional. He followed through supervising the home inspection and arranging for services we would need as landlords. He is a true professional who is a credit to the industry.

We were so fortunate to have found Steve when we made our move to FL. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from PA to look at homes over several months and made himself available to us for whole weekends at a time until we found our HOME. But it didn't end there, when we closed we were still in PA and Steve went over and above and opened our new home for work and deliveries so the house was ready for us when we arrived. Steve is professional and we felt very comfortable with him. We had a great time exploring the area and our (many) texts, calls and emails were answered almost immediately. Would I recommend Steve?
