Stephen Hines

Growing up on at the doorstep of the Massachusetts North Shore in Winthrop by the Sea, Stephen developed a deep, genuine appreciation for fine craftsmanship in waterfront settings. From quaint, seaside cottages in Winthrop, to the grand estates on the cliffs of Marblehead and Manchester by the Sea, he understands what it means to live on the water and imparts those sentiments into working with clients who share his love for the ocean and the properties that surround it. In 2016, Stephen partnered with the State’s top ranked luxury brokerage, based in Boston’s Back Bay. This group specifically represented both buyers and sellers in downtown neighborhoods, including the South End, North End, Seaport, and Waterfront.
