Steve listed and sold our house within a couple of weeks. The video he puts together to highlight the home is the best I’ve ever seen. We were also fortunate enough to use Steve as our buying agent. He was a huge help in pointing out different aspects of the purchase that we would not have thought of. He was always available to look at houses that were new to the market. Steve was so patient with me! I changed my mind about location/house/condo about half a dozen times and he just went with it. There was never any pressure from him. He was very knowledgeable with the area, school district, and gave his insight. I was living in Michigan for only 1 year and wasn’t too familiar with the area.
