Mr. Schumacher exceeded my expectations! As a first time home buyer using the VA Loan, I was nervous to begin and had dealt with a couple other agents that were just constantly sending me listing but not much else. He was very involved with the process and had tons of information. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His honesty and experience in San Antonio proved vital in the finding and purchase of my duplex. I was confident relying on him to negotiate on my behalf and always acted in accordance with my wishes and intentions. He was very attentive the entire time and answered all my questions quickly and with confidence. I highly recommend Mr. Schumacher for his realtor skills. Stephen helped my husband and I purchase our first home and it was such a good experience. Stephen was amazing as well as the organization he's with.He helped me purchase, and rent, a property, from out of state. No problem.He even steered me clear of some that seemed like a good deal, but explained why they might not be a great investment.If he didn't care, he would just throw an offer on anything and get the deal done fast right?He also sold the home for me when I had to, unfortunately, make some financial changes, that was also very smooth. Got a good price for it and moved it quick.Overall great experience with Stephen!
