Stephen Villabona is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona. He attended the Architecture program at ASU in hopes of pursuing a promising career in Architecture and Design. After the economy tanked in 2007, it was hard to find any work in the Architecture field, so he switched gears and got into property management and then eventually into real estate sales in 2012. Since then, he's been gaining momentum successfully helping home buyers, sellers and renters find their place. In March 2016 he started a real estate team and in 2017 launched PADLAB, a premier real estate brand. PADLAB now has 6 full time agents.
