From the time we first met with Steve while contemplating a move, thru the process of purchasing a new home (and selling our old one) we were extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that Steve continuously showed. I have already recommended him to at least a dozen people. He helped us sell our house very, very fast. I would not hesitate to work with Steve again if the opportunity arose -- both as a seller or a buyer. He had great advice at every step and advised us on what we could do when I asked to make our house most appealing to buyers. I was incredibly impressed that he invested in a stager, a very good photographer/videographer and even had a drone flying above our house to capture video to really showcase the property. Everyone was wowed by the photos and how our house was made more appealing in the process. I hired him because I saw him do this for a friend and was blown away by her photos. I have decades in the PR/communications field so know good marketing when I see it! I also found him tremendously helpful in managing the multiple offers and guiding us on how to distinguish between offers that seemed similar to an untrained eye. He was excellent in figuring out how to structure the deal so that we had the best chance of avoiding the deal falling apart before closing (something our neighbor had to deal with more than once). He is also very quick to respond and even offered to handle our offers on his vacation! He does not give off the slick salesman vibe that I wanted to avoid. Even since we closed he has been so proactive about guiding me through things like transferring utilities. I'm very grateful to him. I had the chance to discuss buying strategy with him generally and I can tell he'd be great at that too! We are moving out of the area or would have worked with him to find a home too.

Steve was a tremendous resource in our journey to find our home. Steve initially was recommended by a friend and he helped us locate a rental within a short time period when we moved to the area. He has kept in touch since then and when we decided to buy a house, we turned to Steve for help. He was always patient and always available. He had great knowledge of the market and was able to provide us with honest and on point advise on the numerous properties we looked at. After a long search we found our home and Steve was tremendous in guiding us through the process and getting us through the negotiations and closing on a tight schedule.
