Steve Bowman

I can primarily work from home in my PJs, with my laptop and a cup of coffee. I can write contracts, talk on the phone, and do almost all aspects of my job except for showing houses and going to closings. I find joy in helping people through a process that can be intimidating, overwhelming, scary, and very stressful. I feel good knowing that I helped a family with one of the biggest, most important transactions in life. I can schedule my work around the needs of my family. I'm a single dad who enjoys being a part of the kiddos’ activities. This job gets me involved in our community in a unique and interesting way. I learn from people who are generous, helpful, and encouraging. Real estate agents, at least the ones I've met so far, are people who like to help.
