When it came time to sell the house I was renting in St. Petersburg, Steve helped with finding painters and others to get the house in selling shape. He took beautiful pictures of the property and listed the property in a way that it received a lot of views and offers. He also worked with me to set the price in a way that it would sell for a fair price. His expertise and assistance truly made the process virtually stress free and easy. He was in regular communication with me throughout the process. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the area, he is up to date on current technology, and was able to send offers and contracts online (I live an hour drive away, so being able to view and sign documents online saved a lot of driving time).
