- Steve never responded to my request
Completely unprofessional. I wanted a house that he listed and I had a few questions about it, but he completely ignored my realtor every single time. Not a single email, text message, or call was returned. Yet, I still placed an offer on the house, for the asking price! And he still ignored us. Didn't tell us why it was being ignored/rejected. I would've negotiated but we never heard from him. It was a First Look program house too. So, my guess is that he was holding out until after the 30-day mark so that investors have a chance. Maybe a friend of his.
