If you looking for an agent give Steve a call. I have nothing but great things to say about him. Before contacting Steve we worked with another agent and it was terrible. The other agent didn't listen to my needs and was always pressuring me to put in a offer on every house he showed me. Even after putting in offers he couldn't get my offer accepted on 3 other houses. After speaking to Steve on the phone we set an appointment to meet up. When we met in person he had a detailed list of all the house that met my needs and wants. After two days we put an offer in on my dream home. Within 24 hours Steve was able to get my offer accepted beating out 5 other offers for more!!! Steve never over-insisted or put any pressure on us for anything and every time I had documents to sign he would call before and after to review and make sure no questions went unanswered. We found Steve through a referral of another friend who is also a Sacramento realtor. I'm so glad she referred us to Steve. Steve was very flexible with his time when it came to showing us houses. One day, I think we even had like 7 - 10 houses on the list. I also liked that Steve was available practically 24/7 to answer any questions we had. Being first time homebuyers we had many questions and Steve was always there to answer our questions and give us a prompt response. Steve is very practical and realistic in his approach to buying homes and we appreciated that. What we thought would take us several months to maybe a year in purchasing our first home, took us a weekend and one offer! Steve was able to close a deal for us on the first house we put an offer on and beat out five other offers! We ran into some minor hiccups during closing, but Steve was able to resolve all of our issues. We are now in our first home, and couldn't be more happier with our purchase.
