This review is long overdue - however, I could not trust myself to write a review that would not immediately be removed - due to the foul taste this scam artist left in my mouth. Bad experience - this guy is a total rip off. He was "helping" me get started in the fix-and-flip business. Instead, he was doing his best to get me to low-ball everything, including repairs and work I was doing for other fix-and-flippers - and lining his own pockets with my earnings. His game was to make me think I was getting a foot in the door with the other fix-and-flippers, and that eventually I would be able to up my prices and make money. I could not make any money on the prices and quotes he told me to make. I lost money and almost went bankrupt. At the end - he accused me of terrible things - including not paying him, not doing the work he requested, and so much more. None of it was true. In reality - I had woken up to his scam tactics, so now he had no use for me. He had to dump me and move onto the next poor schmuck he could con. My suggestion - avoid this this scum!
