I recently closed my first time home purchase, and as you can imagine, as a first time home buyer, I did not have much experience / knowledge in the home buying process, was clueless, and didn't really know what to expect. Steve was assigned to me and I could not be any happier. Steve is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and the market, and more than anything, he is always there for you when you need help. He is very patient and always listens to you and stands in client's shoes, and does everything he can to help you resolve the problem. Sometimes I knew my questions / concerns were outside of his responsibility as a buyer agent, but he always helped me anyways. I will not go to anyone else in my next home purchase sale, and I strongly recommend Steve to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a house
