A house came on the market in our friends neighborhood two months ago and we went to look at it on a whim. We fell in love with it and decided to put in an offer. The house was older and outdated so we did several extensive walkthroughs and Steve gave us as much time as we needed to check everything out. We had some questions and the seller's agent was very unresponsive but Steve kept on him to get answers. Over the course of two months, the house sold to higher purchasers and fell through two times. During this entire time, Steve talked us through various scenarios and made sure we were kept up to date on everything going on. He did everything in his power and bent over backwards to make the deal work out. In the end, we lost the deal only because we refused to waive the inspection and there's nothing Steve could have done differently. He is honest, dependable and I would recommend him to anyone moving.

Steve was very helpful with all of our questions and was always available to answer them. He was also very inciteful throughout all of the processes, and was able to find several homes for us to look at that match our criteria.
