Review: Steve listed our home as a short sale. We had 2 mortgages and were very upside down. He negotiated with both and got us to closing without any serious issues. The sale took a lot longer than we expected but he got it done. We were forgiven the balance of both mortgages. Steve also represented the buyer as well. That process went smoother than I thought. We were concerned at first but he always kept to his word and protected both sides as needed. I would recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell their home.

When we found one we liked he helped us with securing an inspector, had great follow-up with the inspector and us, and he made sure everything was progressing to meet our closing deadline.
