Steve Rugg

Early in his career, Steve made a choice to provide his clients with service that would differentiate him from the mainstream real estate community. That service was born out of his sincerity, commitment and personal regard for his clients. In short, serving from the heart. Treating his clients as if they were his first, or only clients meant never taking them for granted. His attitude is reflected as gratitude for being a part of this unique profession. Steve receives repeat and referral business which he believes is the highest compliment for prior service. Steve has listed and sold residential homes in Contra Costa County for over 22 years. Most of his business is referral based or from repeat business. The fruit of his labor is the product of doing right by my clients, day after day and year after year. In a world of increased computerization and competition, Steve is heartened by the clients he has served who think of him when they or someone they know needs real estate help.
