I can't say enough good things about how helpful Steve Withrow was in guiding me through the process of selling my late sister's condo. Steve was there every step of the way for me, providing whatever services I needed, from staging to renovating, to cleaning out; he had every needed resource available. My experience with Steve who I chose as my agent from a mailing was totally positive. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.

We had a pleasant experience buying our first home with Steve's help. He was able to provide a lot of advice on the different types of houses and neighborhoods we were considering. I didn't feel pushed into buying anything, and he was patient in helping us find the right fit for our needs. He walked us through every step of the process and made the house buying process simple.

Steve met with my wife and myself a year before we even began our real pursuit of purchasing our first home. He knew we were just gathering information at the time but treated us as if we were ready to start shopping right away. When it came time to start looking he picked up right where he left off and was calling us with homes to look at almost the next day. He helped us find the perfect home at an extremely stressful time and has continued to answer all of my questions whenever I have them even after we moved into our home. He is the only person my wife and I want to work with in the future.

Steve is the only way to go if you want an Agent. He sold our condo in a day. We found a great new place and our bid was accepted right away. Buying and selling is a stressful situation. Steve was great, he gets back to you right away, responded to any questions you have and really makes this process a lot less mentally stressful. You won't regret going with Steve!

Also, he was prompt in replying at any time of the day or evening to any questions or concerns we had. As this was a very stressful time, he always had the answers and put us at ease.It was a real pleasure to get to know Steve. I recently sold my condo through Steve. The condo sold within a few weeks. He was fantastic throughout the entire process, including managing the contractor who did some renovations to the kitchen and bath. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Steve.
