Steven James took all of the anxiety out of the home buying process. We trust him completely. Hes knowledgeable, thorough, available and goes out of his way to answer all of our questions about everything. If we paid him per minute, wed owe him millions. We are so grateful. He went through the offer process three times before we found our perfect home, then patiently dealt with the lender I selected that caused multiple issues. We ended up being able to settle right as our rental lease was ending and we were only able to stay calm and confident (mostly) because we knew Steve knows what hes doing. Afterwards, we still bothered him with questions, which he answered graciously. Finally, he found us additional money from the title company after closing that we would never have realized on our own. He went above and beyond at every moment and I couldnt recommend him more.
