Steven Kinney

Real estate is a natural fit. Steve loves houses and Steve works hard. Steve began investing in real estate when he was 25. By the time he was 30, he had completed two large renovations. At 32, he enrolled in the pre-licensing course for a Broker's license. His original intent was just to buy or sell a house or two each year. In his second year, while working a full-time job, he sold 16 homes! Steve grew up in metro-Denver and did much of his education in Colorado. After graduating from college, he pursued a career in marketing. After eleven years working in Denver, he decided to give up his vice president-level position at one of Denver's most respected marketing communications agencies to pursue a job that allowed him to work outside of a traditional office. Real estate was the logical choice. Steve spends much of his play time in the mountains west of Denver on his mountain bike or snowboard or wandering around with his dog and his friends.
