I have been actively involved in Central Texas real estate since the early 90's. I am a salesperson. Many real estate professionals will give themselves fancy names but the bottom line is, we're all sales people. Some of us though, are professionals and I am one of those. I have been involved in sales for over 20 years. It is my career and I am a professional. As a professional, I make it my business to know my product inside and out. I have worked not only as a Realtor, but also in the title business and with mortgage professionals. This experience has given me several advantages that customers can use. One of those is my extensive network of other professionals. This network consists of title company reps, lenders, inspectors and other real estate professionals within Central Texas. I also am a State-certified Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) Instructor. Not only am I approved to teach elective courses, but I am also trained to teach Legal Update and Ethics. Both
