Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would meet my needs the best. After a lot of struggling I got lucky. On my 2nd attempt I picked Steven Zajdzinski and he is outstanding. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a house really paid off. He did it all: from listing the property to hosting 2 'open house' events and providing feed backs after showings, from receiving offers to negotiating on my behalf, and eventually, accepting a full asking price offer. We went through 3 agents trying to sell our home in California, of all places, and were completely disappointed with the real estate profession. We met Steven by a random phone call about a listing he had. We had a few questions about it which he answered the same day. After the response Steven asked to keep in touch and to give him a call when we were ready talk about buying in Az.. While still leery, we contacted him on our next trip to shop in Az. met with him and were never disappointed. His knowledge of the market, in all areas of Az. was extraordinary. His willingness to listen to our needs and concerns was exemplary. Steven wanted to help us find "our new home" not just try to sell us one of his listings. While we searched the internet, Steven searched the MLS. We must have dragged him to 25 houses, all with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Every time we called he was ready to get us a look at the homes we found, sometimes after hours. His family must be great also because we feel like we may have consumed some family time. Thank you. When we found "our new home", Steven went to work, getting one of the "corporate home sellers" to lower the price and make concessions on repairs. Unheard of! To top it off, his team made all the paperwork go fast and smooth, so we could close early, and we were in our new home within a month of the first face to face meeting with Steven. During the closing there was an issue with the HOA and Steven even handled that for us, it was and still is much appreciated. So if you are wondering if we would recommend Steven the answer is a resounding yes, we already have and will continue to do so!

Steve has the persistence, diligence, knowledge and attention to detail necessary to make any buyer or seller (he also sold my home) feel confident & relaxed about the process. Steve is also patient & realistic about things, so there are never any false hopes. His gentle way and subtle sense of humor make him just a great guy all around. I wasn't worried about a thing with Steve in charge. I would recommend him to ANYBODY!!

Throughout the process he was responsive and proactive, inviting us to view other homes for sale in the area to see what else our buyers might be looking at. He encouraged us to list at the higher end of what we thought the home was valued, and we are so grateful we trusted his judgment. He was a tough, but fair negotiator, always looking to make sure we had the most in our pocket at the end of the deal, while also helping the buyer to feel like they got a great deal. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

Steve listened to what we expected and then he explained the process ahead. We also appreciated that we didn't have to list with a certain amount of time. Steve suggested what we should or didn't need to do before selling. He let us know when people would be coming in a timely manner. He and all others wore masks during pandemic. Steve always kept us up to date on how it was going and sold very quickly. We would highly recommend Steve.

His hard work, knowledge, experience, aggressiveness, and skill I am convinced were more responsible for the greater than expected amount I received than inflation or a seller's market were. Steve even before an open house had prospective buyers basically bidding against each other... for a terribly rundown 60-year-old home and yard...I would and will highly recommend Steve whether you are a seller or a buyer.
