My experience with Stuart Seagers leaves much to be desired. First impression was okay. However, once a situation came up requiring any sort of knowledge in the Real Estate field or the laws and ethics that are required of a Real Estate professional, Mr. Seagers was completely ignorant. He argued about simple issues of law and was disgruntle on numerous occasions. He becomes confrontational whenever he is confronted (with legal evidence) that his actions are unethical, unprofessional, and illegal. Never do business with him, you will regret it.
