I had the wonderful experience of working with Sue recently as a first time home buyer. What a smooth process this woman made it to be for such a big investment in my life. She educated me, guided me, knew where to find the best listings for my style and preference of home. The moment I found the place I loved, she immediately put my offer together and got the seller to accept within 2 days. And as soon as we went to into escrow, she set me up with a proficient inspector, an impeccable lender and got the the sellers to cover 90%+ of my closings costs. Her effort made the most difference for me when the sellers wouldn't budge to cover expenses after the inspection report. Day and night she worked with the sellers to get the credit I needed from them to really make this property worth my buy.As a first time buyer I don't know what it's like to work with other agents, but I can't imagine it gets better than working with Sue. I called her several times a day - and she remained patient with every question and concern I had. Her knowledge of real estate is expansive and never ending. She made buying a home SO MUCH FUN. I expected to be stressed, nervous and over-whelmed - but Sue managed the experience for me masterfully. No doubt in my mind I will work with her and her team on my future investments. And as a side note - I love that platforms like Zillow exist to really acknowledge the people that go above and beyond for others - and that's who Sue has been for me at this time in my life.
