I've known Suhl professionally for years and trust her absolutely and completely on all things real estate. In fact, my entire family trusts and depends on her. She helped me buy my first place in San Francisco -- and this year helped me sell the same place. She is patient, helpful and responsive, and knows the San Francisco market inside and out. As a buyer, Suhl has waved me off property she does not think is suitable for me so I know she is on my side. In selling my place, Suhl and Bobbi walked me through each step, took care of paperwork behind the scenes and offered me terrific advice on what to do next. Suhl and her colleague Bobbi are a great team. So great, in fact, that I used them to buy my home in Bernal Heights, and sell it 7 years later. Both of them were accessible, listened to what was important to me, and were a joy to work with. They have roots here, are very well connected. and really know the market/area well. Suhl has everything you want in a real estate agent. She's razor sharp, responsive, professional, caring, and knows the SF housing market like the back of her hand. I especially valued her people skills because the rapport your agent establishes with the other agent is extremely important when navigating through the daunting home-buying process. But wait, there's more!! She's also a great communicator, listener, negotiator, advocate and problem solver. Suhl will go above and beyond your expectations and get you the home that you want.

Suhl was simply amazing as a realtor. First, she asks great questions about what you are looking for and listens closely-- and then takes that information and searches for the right property for you. She found the property that I ultimately purchased, really recognizing that it hit all of my important desires-- even while I continued to look at other properties. Second, she is ultra-responsive. Rarely did I wait for more than few minutes before she responded to a text or an email message. Third, she has the wisdom and experience to really strategize about bids. She guided me to prepare a successful bid for a property that was much in demand, while also thinking about back up properties that might meet my needs. And she advocates for her clients with other realtors. I felt fully supported in my search for a new home and in the end, succeeded in getting the perfect property. This is the third home purchase I have made and Suhl has been, by far, the best realtor. I can't thank her enough and will be sending all my friends to her.

Suhl is the greatest! We, very luckily, spent a short and sweet amount of time working with her before getting our dream home. We are 100% positive that we could not have done it without Suhl's knowledge of the market, guidance, and communication style. Suhl is not afraid to walk into a place and tell you what she thinks it will go for, which in a market where listing prices mean next to nothing, is invaluable. Suhl knows how to read her clients and is super responsive, even when you send her a million emails as we did :-) We truly felt informed throughout the entire process. She knows all of the right questions to ask and things to say to selling agents. We have not one thing we would have changed with our experience, go with Suhl!
