Summer Davis

Hello my name is Summer Davis I’m an agent with Keller Williams Capital Properties in the Coalition Properties Group💫🏡 I arrived at KWCP from the high-end retail industry, where I spent years developing relationships, and opening stores for some of the top retailers in the country. I approach home buying with a wealth of knowledge, experience and intuitive ability to understand the buyer’s mindset. I aim to always think outside the box. Whether it is purchasing, listing or negotiating investment properties for clients, my ability to see angles and opportunities that others typically miss is a key weapon in my armory. I always advocate for clients with the utmost integrity, knowledge and business acumen. Outside of real estate I'm passionate about family, gardening , travel, and reaching spiritual enlightenment through yoga and mediation.
