Susan is a big negotiator. I felt she always was on my side, protecting my interest more than I did. I had the experience to sell my house with her, I got a client in 2 weeks. She promoted the selling extensively. Also she helped to find a new home for me. We got the best deal, the best discounts. Bottom line is that Susan is Awesome!!

SUSAN IS FANTASTIC!! I would recommend her if you need help buying a new build or existing home. Take her with you while you are visiting these new home sites. She is not afraid to follow up and ask any questions on your behalf. We originally rented a home in which Susan was the property manager. Six years later we called her and she not only remembered us but many details about our family. She knew the type of home I wanted. We settled in a new build after she helped us weigh the pros and cons. Two days before closing we ran into a snag. it was Susan that advocated on our behalf and communicated on our behalf. She was comforting. To say the least we closed a few weeks later and Susan made our day feel special. She went out of her way to make that day memorable! Susan is a wonderful Realtor. She truly listens to the clients want's and wishes. She nailed it! It took a while to find what we wanted and after a few losses where we were outbid we got out dream house. There is always a smile on her face and is always looking for your home even in the middle of the night. I had cold feet when we put an offer in -Am I doing the right thing? Is this the one? Susan's door is always open and her phone is always on! She held our hand from beginning to end.
