- Susan and I connected, but did no business
I recently visited Palm Dessert in hopes of finding a suitable residence to relocate to from NOLA. A dear friend mentioned Ms. Susan Cogliano as she had seen her advertisements. I take word of mouth recommendations very seriosuly as I believe those are the most reliable. I was shocked to find little to no history, but only some fake looking reviews, a P.O. Box, no office or advertising. I typically wouldnt waste my time writing a review like this but with so many scams going on these days I wanted otheres to be warned. I dont think Zillow checks legitimacy either so I thought I would give a word of caution
