Susan Godbee

Great experience. Cant thank Susan enough for all her help!

I would like to thank Susan and Pat for the excellent job they did with the listing of our Father's home. They were very easy to do business with and managed the listing well. We were able to sell and close on the house very quickly. We really appreciated your help and guidance during the entire selling process. We enjoyed doing business with your company.

Susan did such a great job at helping us get a feel for the different neighborhoods and the options we had in houses available. She prepared well before hand and had it organized extremely well for each house that we looked at. The entire experience was wonderful.

Susan did an amazing job helping us to find the perfect house! She was very patient with our lack of familiarity with the area. And great with my two little kids tagging along on long days of viewing houses. We spent countless days driving around all over Gwinnett county searching and looking and Susan was a cheerleader that never let us get discouraged.
