Susan was such a great partner when it was time for us to sell our home as well as with the purchase of a new home. Susan's market expertise, responsiveness and communication throughout the entire process put our minds at ease. Susan's expertise in the market and attention to detail allowed us to make a better buying decision, gave us the upper hand when negotiating and gave us confidence in our selling and purchasing decisions. More than ever communication via digital platforms are imperative and Susan was on the forefront of digital communication. During both occasions of selling and purchasing, all documents for review and/or signature were routed digitally which allowed us to carry on our daily lives without disruption. By far the one thing that stood out for me is her advocacy for her clients. We never felt rushed into looking at any properties or felt forced into doing something we didnt want to. Susan continuously updated us on future homes on the market and always provided the pros and cons of the property and whether it would be a right fit for our family. We cannot thank her enough for all her dedication, attention to detail and empathy during this process. Selling and/or purchasing of a home can be a very stressful process, but I can honestly say that our experience with Susan as our agent was a great one and we would undoubtedly recommend her to our friends and family.
