Susan is very professional and honest. She explains your questions very clearly and detail. She checks every corner of a house and reminds you about the possible problems you need to pay attention to.We went to check our house, she pointed out honestly that there might be termite problems and gave us suggestions on the solutions. She helped us to negotiate the price with the seller and we did get a good rebate from the seller.

Susan always listened to me and gave my opinion weight. Either she or Emilie returned my calls in a prompt manner. They both answered my questions within a reasonable time frame. I found both ladies eager and willing to address any concern and then to clarify that situation. I don't wish to move again, but wouldn't hesitate to have Susan as my agent. She and Emilie are wonderful.

I'm usually leery about giving anyone a perfect rating, because I've been taught "there's always room for improvement". But in this case I'll gladly make an exception to that rule; anything less than a Perfect Score would be an injustice to Susan and her team. They more than exceeded our already lofty expectations of a realtor, and the more we shared our experience with family and friends, the more we realized that this isn't your average realty shop. From the initial consultation to the settlement date, Susan was responsive and hands-on around the clock to answer every question, anticipate future needs, and prepare us for what was to come--avoiding pitfalls we otherwise were headed towards.
