Before my wife and I chose to move to Murrieta, CA from out of the state and having never been to the Inland Empire and Temecula Valley, I searched on line for a real estate agent with knowledge of and experience in Temecula and the surrounding area. I found SuperSue William's web site and contacted her by e-mail. She responded promptly and we arranged to meet on my arrival. The manner I chose of selecting a real estate broker without referral or recommendation is probably never advisable, but I couldn't have been more pleased. Sue is genuinely friendly, informative, understanding and listened to all the particulars of what my wife and I with two young children were looking for in a house, property and community and the complication presented by us not having yet sold our out of state residence from which we would be moving. As we lived several thousand miles away, it took some time, many phone calls, e-mail messages and several additional visits to the area to locate the best choice of property for us. But Sue was incredibly patient and accommodating and refined her search after initially seeing what features of properties either pleased or displeased us. She quickly came to know us and our selective tastes, but also provided us with very helpful guidance and ideas. When we did decide on the property to purchase, it was a foreclosure that involved more than the usual amount of paper work and issues. Sue steadfastly did all of the necessary legwork, research and paperwork, leading us through the process in a conscientious and highly professional manner and to a very happy conclusion. And her helpfulness did not end with the purchase. She had not only a very good recommendation of home inspector, but also of an excellent electrician, plumber, carpenter, and I could go on, for certain modifications of the property we acquired. As a testament to the wonderful service she provided, she has become a true friend.
