I would give Susie 0 stars if it was possible. I bought a new construction with her as my agent. I pretty much did all of the research. She didn't do any work other than to sign the agent paper with the builder. She had agree to rebate me a portion of her agent fee since she is really doing no work. But, as the date of escrow comes near she has all but cutoff communication. I tried to reach her to flush out the details of the rebate but she is not responding to phone call, email, or text message. I am working to remove her as my agent so at least she won't be getting paid. Bottom line, stay far far away from Susie.
