Susie Goetze

The following things stood out the most to me: She treated us like we were buying a million dollar house and our budget was not even close to that. Her knowledge of AZ, she showed us places, i would not have thought about looking. She took us to old estanlished as well as new and upcoming properties and communities Her patience was off the charts. We would go out 2-3 x a week, with no success, but Susie woild always say, well there's always tomorrow. I never felt i had to make a decision on a house by the end of the day, due to the extensive amount of time she spent with us. She even took us to Paradise Valley to find a fixer upper. She's my #1 go to realtor if i was buying a $200,000 or million dollar home. Last but not least, i have many friends interested in moving from Chicago to AZ, i would trust Susie to provide the professional expertise to service them without a doubt. It's an honor to add to her expertise. Jim Puryear
