- Suzanne listed and sold my home
She was very professional and informed, however we really didn't click. She talked us into lowering our asking price. Our error of course, I regret agreeing. Problem was on my part because I was in a hurry to sell (family illness needing my help)and because of my pressures I grudgingly agreed to most of what Suzanne suggested. Till today 7 years later, I regret how this transpired. I really needed to interview additional agents before settling and rushing. I realized too late I compromised myself, sadly at my loss. Perhaps THEN I would have found an agent willing to work with my best interests in mind.
