In the State of Georgia, negotiators of short sales are required by the Georgia of Department of Banking and Finance to have a Mortgage Broker License. To offer our clients this service and to be legally compliant, I am the co-owner of Signature Finance Co LLC with a Mortgage Broker on board. The accounting aspect of the Property Management division is handled by our sister company, Chestatee Accounting and Tax Services, and the co-owner is a Certified Public Accountant to complete our professional team to give our clients the best customer service.
