Tamar was one of those rare professionals who genuinely exceeded my expectations. In a very tough market she expertly navigated us through the entire process, from home search to closing, with a touch that really showed her expertise. I've referred a number of friends and colleagues to her and have consistently hear everyone sing her praises. I can't recommend her enough.

It was 2020 and the world was in the middle of a pandemic. I decided to sell my rental home in Los Angeles mid-October. Tamar, also a Certified Financial Planner, understood why I needed to sell by December 31st. Even more challenging--California was experiencing some of the highest number of COVID-19 infections and deaths in the United States. The house was not particularly and easy sell—older (1921); the second unit on the property was uninhabitable making it difficult to get a conventional loan; most likely needed a cash sale; tenants still occupied the house; and I lived in Oregon. Tamar, with all of her many years of skillful real estate experience, closed the deal a week before the end of the year! Responsive to questions – Whenever I had a question, Tamar was quick to respond either by text, email, or phone. Communicates well – She explained each step as we started to go through the process of selling. She informed me when she was showing the house to potential buyers and the outcome of the showings. Committed advocate – During the final days of the sale, she checked with me to make sure the new lease agreement with the current tenants was acceptable since it was part of the negotiations. Knowledgeable of the area – Tamar was quick to realize that the neighborhood was in a desirable area. My house, however, was located next to an older brick apartment dominating the back yard view. She was able to take this, and other facts, into account in negotiating a sale price. Overall opinion - I highly recommend Tamar. She not only met, but exceeded my expectations. It was my good fortune to have such a personable and skillful professional successfully sell my house.

Tamar is an excellent, reliable, honest, diligent and trustworthy broker. She sold our home and helped us by a new one within several weeks. I couldn’t over-recommend her. It doesn’t get better than that.
Tamar is fantastic -- patient, thoughtful, a great listener who pays attention to what you want and need, then works hard to find if for you. We sold our old house and bought our new house with Tamar, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. In fact, if you had to ask me what her best quality is, it'd be a tough choice. She's awesome at explaining all the complicated legalese and scary real-estate mumbo-jumbo. She's amazing at finding solutions to unexpected problems (we had some strange contractual/financial hiccups when trying to sell our old place, and she didn't sleep till she found a way around them). She's unbelievable at never flagging or giving up... even when you've been searching for months and you're sure she's sick of all your stupid, naive questions. She's awesomely level-headed when assessing the pros and cons of each place. Our search was a long one, but Tamar saw us through. The truth is, now that it's over, I'm not sure what we'll do without talking to her every day... although we'll probably come up with some excuse to call her anyway.
