Tamara Martin

As a Florida native and UCF alumna, Tamara is passionate about serving the real estate market in a place she is proud to call home. Starting off as a property consultant in 2005, Tamara worked with investment- and second-home buyers of resort communities in Orlando and Daytona Beach, Florida. She traveled throughout the Eastern US to tradeshows in major cities such as D.C., Boston, and New York where she promoted new and pre-construction villas, high-rise condos, and single-family vacation homes. In 2006, she began working as a licensed Realtor® representing residential buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida. Her regional focus is on Northeast Orlando and includes communities such as Union Park, Waterford Lakes, Avalon Park, Oviedo, Winter Park, and Downtown Orlando. Tamara has two years experience as a licensed Mortgage Broker, helping her clients to achieve affordable and sustainable loan terms for purchasing, refinancing, and home equity lines of credit.
