Tamas was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He followed through with the transaction from beginning to end. Considering the condition of the home I was amazed at how smooth and quick the sale closed. He kept me posted every step of the way. I was thankful I found him to sell our property. Tamas just sold our childhood home. My brother and I were not able to keep it after our mom passed, so we wanted to sell while the market was high. Tamas did a great job working with us during a market that was starting to soften. He gently pushed us to get the house on the market quickly, even hiring house cleaners and haulers for us. After we got an offer, he negotiated a higher deposit and shorter inspection contingency period, which made the buyers hesitate to back out as the market softened. We definitely got a higher sales price (maybe $100K higher) than we would've gotten if we hadn't rushed to get the house on the market. We highly recommend Tamas.
