My goal is to have a rewarding career involving helping customers sell or buy homes and land. I bring personal service and 16+ years of experience to the team. My most recent achievement in February of 2008 - I received my Associate Brokers license! This was a personal goal to achieve this designation and add this with my experience to better help my clients. I was originally licensed in February of 1995 as a sales agent and worked prior to that in a real estate office for 1.5 years —I was familiar with all types of transactions in the real estate field before becoming an agent. Over the years I have helped with many different aspects of new home construction including but not limited to these developments: Charleston Place II, Summer Trace, Corley Manor, Kensington Town homes and other new homes not in subdivisions. I enjoy helping builders and buyers come together to obtain each person’s goals-builders/seller to sell their product and buyers to achieve the American Dream
