Tammy handled both the sale of our family home of 22 years, the place where I raised my boys, and the purchase of our new home. I have bought and sold homes before, but this was, by far, the best experience I have had. The entire process was seamless. We had multiple offers on our $500K+ home, and sold for over-asking in 3 days. I was a nervous wreck, buying on contingency in the late-2020 market. We found a home a mile from where my boys grew up, that checked all the boxes. It came on the market as we were driving to an appointment at another listing.
