Tammy is not only is a great listener and extremely knowledgeable, but she looks outs for the best interest of her clients. She knew we were under a very tight time frame to find and close on a home and was able to narrow down our home search in a way that not only benefited me, but my VERY particular husband. If you are looking to buy, she has endless patience and knowledge to guide you through the process. We absolutely loved selling our house with Ms.Tarner and she even found us a fantastic rental to go to after. All in all, the best residential real estate agent I have worked with.
