Since this was our first time looking, she explained everything we needed to know about the house buying process. After looking at quite a few houses, we found the one we wanted. She pointed out possible issues for us to be aware of before having it inspected, which I appreciated because we didn't really want to pay for an inspection if we weren't going to end up buying this house. Our contract ended up taking what I would assume was a lot of negotiating; but she was available at any time to help us with questions and respond to the sellers on our behalf. Not only did she never lose patience with us, she represented our best interests the whole time. I couldn't imagine a better experience with a realtor!
