Tara and Jacquie Braas are not your typical realtors. They are very knowledgeable and have by far exceeded my expectations of what I was looking for in a representative that has my best interest. I was looking for a house using Zillow thinking I knew it all, when Jacquie, who was not my realtor at the time was trying to get me a better deal. She kept open lines of communications and ensured me that I was in safe hands. We looked at one house and I knew I needed her in my corner. The added bonus is that she has a great team member in her daughter Tara and combined will get you what you want. There was never a time that I could not contact them to get an answer on something which was critical to me. If you are looking for a place to call your home or just want to stop by to say hi, going in and do it. She might even sale your own home and fight for every thing you want! I am very satisfied!! Plus I got my house with a backyard way under the appraisal and asking price..... a win, win!!

I had two properties that I needed to sell and I was not local to the area. Tara and Jacquie not only helped me formulate a plan of action but was very on top of everything that needed to be done. She and her company were always there for me from inception of the deal to the end and beyond. What i like about her is She is very patient and work with you step by step until you make the final decision to move on with the property you like. She also provide me key informations on how to fixe credit score and was the biggest issue i had at beginning. I just move in my dream house a week ago

Tara and Jackie Braas where very help to my wife and I when it came to finding the right home for our family they both were very patient and with use and always made themselves available to show us a home . We looked at over 30 are more homes till we found the right one. All of our questions about home buying where answered . What a wonderful and awesome experience it was with Tara. I was out of state and my husband had to do the house hunt alone but Tara kept me in the loop 100% and I felt like I was actually there. When my husband and I finally came to a house we liked, we encountered some issues with the lenders but Tara went well above what her job requires her to do to help us out and give us a peace of mind. The whole process with the lenders was very unpleasant but thanks to Tara it made the process bearable. I could go on about Tara what an awesome sweet professional realtor she is but you will have to experience yourself and then you will know what Im talking about. TARA is what any potential home buyer or renters or seller wants as your realtor agent. She definitely was and is a blessing to people like us who are new to Texas and need very knowledgeable and caring realtor to help us out. Thanks to Tara we finally bought a house we love. ^^ Tara she is the best based on multiple realtor we encountered. I recommend her 100% you won't regret it.

As we are military, it was so important that we have a reliable person for our home. There was not one time that Jaquie or Tara were not available to answer questions or assist interested buyers. Signing documents was an easy and fast process that did. It require us to travel back to Texas. I could not have asked for higher quality service and highly recommend Jaquie or Tara for your home buying or selling needs.

Overall my experience with Tara was very positive. She did a lot for me since I did not live in the city where I was selling my home. She was my eyes and ears throughout the entire process. Her recommendations were thoughtful and insightful. At first I wanted to stage the house but she advised me that it wasn't necessary in the area, which saved me money in the long run. We had different issues with the house needing certain inspections and work done which she took care of all the coordination for. There were also issues in the end with the buyer's lender which caused the closing process to be extended but I was kept in the loop at every moment and she worked very hard to close the deal.

Words can't describe the appreciation I have for Jacquie and Tara Braas. If you need a realtor I highly recommend these two, they're amazing. They are very knowledgable and keep you up to date on everything. I have my dream home!

Very knowledgeable, super helpful! Has been proactive throughout the selling experience. Constant communication throughout the process. Couldn't ask for a better agent to list and sell our house. There was a miscommunication in the beginning but she addressed that as soon as it was brought to light in professional manner.

We can't say enough about how much Jacquie helped us sell our home. We started with a couple of other realtors who couldn't shift our home at all. After our bank recommended Jacquie, she took over and in our mind went well beyond our expectations of an estate agent. She got the property fixed up (we were absentee owners), even ran interference between the town and us, and went way above and beyond any reasonable call of duty to get our house sold. Which she did in record time. As I said, we tried two other realtors from the Copperas Cove area who did nothing to help. Jacquie was a star. Awesome to work with a they know their stuff!!! Very patient with everything I had going on and didn't get rude when I decided not to sell after 8 months. When I'm ready again I will call them first!!

Let me tell a story of a year long journey to finding my dream home. I put in more bids and offers than I care to remember. With each disappointment, I just felt like it would never happen. The one person that stood by me the whole time was Jacquie. She was my rock! No matter what time, what day, she was there to encourage and support my next effort. Finally, my dream home became a reality and I now live in the house I will spend the rest of my life. In short, this would have never happen if Jacquie and Tara didn't work as hard as they did. After 25-years in the military, I can honestly say you will never find a more committed team that treats you like family.
