After the home inspector's report and appraisal brought new issues to light, Tareema advised me on how to proceed and acted as a calm buffer between me and the seller’s agent. With great awareness, Tareema served as a responsive liaison amongst my mortgage broker, real estate attorney, and the seller’s agent, which expedited the process and a successful closing with minimal delays.
