It was both a relief and a pleasure working with Tavarus. The home buying process for most can be a headache, but his excellent communication, explanation of the process and great knowledge of the market made this a painless process. He went above and beyond in negotiating a great purchase price for us and furthermore ensuring our inspection and mortgage processes went off without a hitch. No doubt, he's the best realtor out there!

Tavarus was the greatest realtor I could have asked for through the long process of home ownership. Choosing Tavarus to be our realtor was absolutely the best decision that my wife and I made during the home buying process. We had worked with other realtors prior to working with Tavarus, and the experiences were like night and day. The two qualities that really make Tavarus an outstanding realtor are his patience, and the fact that he is genuinely just as invested in the process as the person who is buying the home. There were a few times during our process where my wife and I would go take a look at homes that we ultimately did not want to purchase; and no matter how many time we told Tavarus that we would like to pass and keep looking, he had absolutely no issues with it and always told us that there was no pressure and that we could look for as long as we'd like. When we ultimately found the home that we would eventually buy, we ran into a few hiccups with the seller needing to clear up some things with the title that ultimately caused some delays. Tavarus did a great job of keeping us informed of everything that was going on and updating us with every detail as soon as he had new information. My wife and I always used to joke that Tavarus was more frustrated about the delay than we were; but it was very refreshing to have a realtor that genuinely cared about our purchase.

Tavarus was amazing!!! Very down to earth, and treats the home buying process as if it were his own!! My husband and I would definitely use him again in the future.

I've had the pleasure of working with Tavarus twice, once to find a rental property and most recently to purchase my first home. Tavarus was nothing less than exceptional with my 1st home buying process. He was patient (we had a few hiccups but he stuck by my side and assured he was going to get me in a home!), caring and beyond professional.

Tavarus Johnson was truly a God send to me. He was John's son to me (from the bible...). You know...John baptized Jesus, and was there just before the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the wilderness...Well Tavarus "Johnson" was there with me. My story: I was in a situation where I needed to relocate within days. A friend referred Tavarus. After getting an understanding of my requirements, he produced a list of available properties, and the pursuit of happiness was on. We finally settled and made an offer on a new build (BTW: Joseph was the builder). When I tell you...we are living in the "...exceedingly and abundantly above all we could ask or think..." Tavarus' personal service and his attention to details, that I had no clue about, made purchasing my home, although challenging, a positive home-buying experience. Tavarus was able to anticipate my needs during the Closing process. He offered suggestions and made recommendations to fix things that went wrong... I know...what could go wrong? I’m super grateful for Tavarus. Although things didn’t go as planned, and I ended up needing to sell my home faster than expected, Tavarus was there every step of the way. I appreciated the fact that he kept everything real business like, but was still very understanding with my concerns and situation at the time.
