By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. I also work in the service industry and am very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big, like purchasing a house); and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met. Tchaka exceeded in both aspects. The amount of effort and time he put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, he spent his entire evening walking me through the big picture. From there on out, he was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didnt need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to him. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didnt know all of the right questions I should be asking (or dos and dont's, for example) and Tchaka would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I dont know how Tchaka does it. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being emotionally invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. And on a related note, as a first-time home buyer, Im not sure what to expect, whats good/bad, etc., and Tchaka always so candid and provided his own perspective of different aspects in the home that he thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what he had learned about me. Tchaka was very professional and didnt push us into a home. We worked with him for over 8 months before finding our home in Florida! We searched several houses from Cocoa,Florida down to Sebring, Florida. I was in the process ofselling my house in Cape Coral, Florida. Because of the travel distance, Tchaka would do a visual onhis phone and let me know the pros and cons of each home. it was nice having the advantage of ourphones and not traveling to all the separate areas. I settled on Sebring, Florida a real hometown.

Just like to say he went far and beyond to help up find our house .we have travel far And he wouldgo out of his way to show us houses on video before we have to travel all the way.we was very kindand patient and knew everything we ask if not he get it.we thank him very much for all he's doneand are very pleased. Tchaka helped my parents sell a property while they were living several states away. He treated them like they were his own family and well well above and beyond to help us out. The property was in Boca and 2+ hours from where he lived but he made several trips on his own to help clear out the property and meet with contractors and handle the overall logistical challenges that occurred. We met Tchaka when my grandpa died and my mom was left to sell his house. Tchaka didnt end upbuying the property, but he helped my mom every step of the way out of kindness. He was so kindand knowledgeable and made sure she was getting the best honest deal. We loved his personalityand we were so appreciative. I cant recommend Tchaka enough.
