Local Knowledge- Ted knows the Sacramento market well. The house we purchased was exactly what we were looking for, in the neighborhood we wanted, and at a great price. I also appreciated that he gave me a tour of the neighborhood and showed us where some great ethnic restaurants are (my wife and I are both foodies). Process expertise- Ted guided us through the entire process and always answered our questions clearly and thoroughly. Responsiveness- We initially emailed Ted that we were interested in using and he immediately contacted us. Through the whole purchasing process he was always very easy to get a hold of, even responding late in the evenings when we didn't expect a response until the following day. He also followed up with us after we purchased the house to make sure we were happy with it which I think was above and beyond. Negotiation skills- We feel we got a very good deal thanks to Ted. The house we purchased had all of our wants and needs for way under the budget we had allotted.In summary, being that we were first time home buyers, we felt that we were in good hands the entire time. We will definitely be using Ted for all of our real estate purchases in the future.
