He has made me and my family so happy and greatly satisfied. Everyone I know that has been over to see the place said my realtor did good for what I have purchased. I have told everyone I know to go through Ted. I will continue to do so. Ted was recommended to me when I was dealing with other realtors trying to sell me junk homes and not explaining everything to me that I needed to know. Ted had patients when I needed questions and when I didn't understand. He helped me with programs to save me money. He was honest in what he thought might not be good for me but never pressured me. Yep he's the best!

The comfort of knowing he is looking out for you and your families best interest, walking you through the process of buying or selling your home in a clear and friendly manner would be enough for most people. Not for Ted, he goes the extra mile every time to ease you through the sometimes bumpy process. He doesn't try to cover issues, he works with all parties to come to a agreeable resolve. I simply couldn't imagine working with anyone else. As a example of his outstanding service, the purchasers of one of my homes chose Ted over their regular realtor to list their home in order to buy mine. Selling and closing two homes at once while keeping both parties informed must not have been an easy task. Ted kept us all informed and brought us to a timely closing on all parts. I know I can rely on Ted for his honesty, work ethic and knowledge. I always know I will hear back from Ted! When I have been overwhelmed, he has always told me where I was in the process and what to expect. He is my advocate with the title companies and helps me with lenders. He keeps up on all of the current lending programs and has lead me down the right path every time. I highly recommend Ted Leland to my friends and clients.

We contacted Abbey realty at about 1030am and with the help of God, Mr. Leland answered. I explained the situation. That same evening he called to say I was pre approved and for us to meet the next morning. Knowing the situation we were in, Mr. Leland DID NOT! I repeat DID NOT try to take advantage at selling us a home that were overpriced. He handled our problem like it was his. The Sincerity, Honesty, and caring he displaces is way beyond reproach. we have referred family members and friends, all of whom were completely satisfied with his service. Ted worked for me on a home purchase and I couldn't be more happy with our house. Our particular purchase was a short sale which can be a lengthy process and very nerve racking but in the end we have a substantial amount of equity which helps build a stable future for my family. Its exciting to know that our property is now worth almost double what we paid for it! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Ted!!!! I can't imagine working with any other agent now. He keeps his clients informed throughout the entire transaction and is diligent at resolving any issues. He is a great example of a honest real estate professional and a true leader in his industry. When I see an offer with Ted as the buyer's agent I am inclined more to give his buyer's a better deal and a better price because I know the transaction will be smooth and he always communicates and he is always around. I never have to worry about blowing up his phone and tracking him down. He seems to always know what he is doing and has the correct information. He is a complete wiz with numbers. He is very good at arguing for his client's cause... sometimes he just wears me down. But it always works for his client's best interest. I wish there was more realtors out there like Ted as opposed to all the realtors who do not seem to have as good of a grasp on what being a realtor is all about.

From initial introduction to closing date, which we executed on time, Ted was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on my budget and specific criteria. During the entire process ranging from shopping for the right mortgage lender to negotiations with the seller to closing Ted was there to provide sounding advice.Ted cares a lot about building a solid relationship with his clients, always advocates the needs of the his client first in front of the other party. He definitely has earned my trust and confidence.Ted's professionalism, passion for getting the job done, domain expertise, honesty, winning attitude and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was an adviser to my inquiries and helped me to make the right decision for my best interest.I consider Ted to be an expert in real estate negotiations and would highly recommend him to anyone who is searching for a new home in the Olympia/Lacey area.

In the end, he obtained a selling price over our asking price and got everything closed on time.Additionally, Ted did a great job helping us find and purchase our next home. He was very patient in our home searches, provided us many great options to look at and helped us tailor our list until we found the perfect home for our needs. Ted was a terrific negotiator on the both the purchase price and following the home inspection to ensure necessary repairs were completed.Ted is a great communicator and negotiator and would definitely use him again for our real estate needs.
