Temi Akojie

Temi was an all-around Rockstar. She walked us step by step through both buying our new home and selling our old home in a fast-paced marketplace. This was all during the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic. We were able to find and close on a new home in one of the District’s hottest neighborhoods in less than 60 days after we entered the marketplace. We were also able to get our former house under contract in less than 14 days. Temi and the Fulcrum team are outstanding, and I highly recommend to anyone in the DMV looking to buy or sell.

Working with Temi is always a joy. I've worked with her now on 2 sales and one purchase. I'm sure she has other clients, but it's hard to tell because she's so responsive and reliable. Most importantly, she is honest. She prepared me for the best and worst case scenarios. Well, in one of the sales, the worst case scenario became a reality. Ever perseverant, she managed the process and the negotiation to turn things around and made my house the highest selling one in the neighborhood. Temi and Fulcrum Properties made selling our home quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of the Team and how well they prepared us for the process. During our initial meeting, Temi took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process to me, inform me of what to expect, discuss preparation of our home, the market trends, what we could expect to sell our home for, the comps related to our property and how the Fulcrum team would be utilized. I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew that we were in good hands. She did everything she said she would when she said she would do it. Everyone was responsive and completely available to meet our needs. The plan we setup and agreed to was executed perfectly. We had multiple offers and sold for thousands over list price. We did have a couple minor missteps but they were tackled and resolved quickly with no impact to the home sale. The thing I appreciate the most is that they recognized how stressful this process can be and they checked in and provided assistance whenever we asked and sometimes when we didn't because they knew we needed it.
